Grand Reserve – Blend, Alexander the Great series, a limited series with special qualities. Alexander the Great Grand Reserve 2010 received a score of 93 points from wine critic Robert Parker.
Is a red wine consisting of a combination of 6 grape varieties that are grown in Kerem Ben Zimra (80%) and Kfar Shamai in the Upper Galilee (20%).
A product of the complex production process is a collection of ripe fruits and aromas, a wonderfully complex wine, one of the most surprising and promising wines in Israel and around the world.
The wine stayed for 48 months in 70% French and 30% American barrels which were changed twice to new barrels every two years.
Recommended serving temperature 16-18 degrees.
Wine label: The wine is decorated with a metal label with a jewel on it, the diamond ring that is passed down from generation to generation in the Shalom family, for over 120 years.
