Description
Port-style sweet dessert wine, made from ripe Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Shiraz grapes. In a selective hand harvest that brings only the finest clusters to the winery, after a supervised cooling process of 3 days, the grapes undergo precise squeezing and then the grape juice is fermented at a controlled temperature in order to maintain a fruity taste characteristic. Aged for 10 months in French oak barrels outdoors.
