Alexander the Great Series – Cabernet Sauvignon 2015
Cabernet Sauvignon – 90%
Cabernet Franc – 5%
Petit Verdot – 4%
Cabernet Sauvignon, from the Alexander the Great series, has won many awards and short successes in Israel and around the world.
Alexander the Great Cabernet Sauvignon 2011 received a score of 90 points from wine critic Robert Parker. We were recently informed that this wine adorns the wine menu at the three-Michelin-starred LEMONDE restaurant in Tokyo.
The wine is produced from the winery’s fine vineyards, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc. A noble Cabernet Sauvignon, grown in the Ben Zimra vineyard at an altitude of 870 meters above sea level.
The grapes are carefully sorted before being crushed and treated. The result is wonderful and amazing, a rich, full and built wine for Talpiot, a wine with different flavors and layers. A delightful and complex wine, with the ability to age for many years.
The wine stayed 36 months in 60% French barrels and 40% American.
Recommended serving temperature 16-18 degrees.
