Dry red wine. The grapes were harvested from the oldest plots of the winery. Aged for about 22 months in French wooden barrels, most of them new. Characterized by a particularly high level of acidity, which allows the wine to continue to age for years. The wine is heavy in the “old world” style, and is suitable for heavy meat meals.
