The Ruby is an impressive wine that displays a classic Syrah nature and Old World style, with rich and fresh elements in equilibrium. Viognier subtly penetrates to ferment with the Syrah, infusing a complex intensity of flavor and color. The Syrah grapes are grown in some outstanding vineyards in the Upper Galilee and the Viognier grapes are cultivated in a single vineyard in the Judean hills.
