The 2017 Gamla Cabernet Sauvignon displays complex aromas of cherry, blackberry and mulberry, along with hints of tobacco, herb and French oak. This flavorful wine exhibits a full body and a satisfying finish.

While ready to enjoy upon release, Gamla Cabernet will develop in the bottle for a number of years, and will age well for about six to eight years from harvest. Try pairing the wine with braised beef short ribs, grilled steak with salsa verde, or a mushroom and black bean burger topped with cheese.
