The 2018 Gamla Cabernet Sauvignon-Merlot presents attractive raspberry, cherry and plum fruit notes, balanced with orange zest, spice, earth and a dash of black pepper. An equal blend of Cabernet and Merlot, the medium-bodied wine is flavorful and satisfying.

While ready to drink upon release, Gamla Cabernet Sauvignon-Merlot should improve in the bottle in the coming years, and age well for five years or more from harvest. We love pairing the wine with grilled lamb chops, cheesy panini, or a vegetarian mushroom lentil burger.
