Description
Maghain Avot is a special and carefully selected blend crafted from a variety of classic French grapes. All of the grapes used have been hand-harvested from selected wards of the winery spanning across the Judean Hills, Israel and aged for a year and a half in the finest French oak barrels.
The result is a unique French style blend, bearing the distinctive character of the local Jewish community, curated by Chief Rabbi Mordechai Abergel, Rabbi Netanel Rivni and leaders of the Jewish community in Singapore. Guided by the renowned winemaker Bin Nun Winery, we have created a wine in the “new world” style infused with notes of uniquely customised fruit and barrel flavours.
This blend consists of 55% Marselan, 35% Petit Syrah, 7% Cabernet Franc and 3% Petit Verdot grapes. Through further aging, the wine will continue to develop its complexity and taste profile.
