Petit Verdot is one of the five grape varieties identified with the Bordeaux region of France. It is a grape variety that usually appears in small percentages in Bordeaux-style blends. It is rare to find in a vintage where the petite rose is powerful and has such a prominent presence to be bottled as a varietal wine.
