A quick review:
Luria Barbara is produced from 100% Barbara grapes that grow at great heights and in the unique soil structure of Kerem Yosef spread out at the foot of Mount Meron in the Upper Galilee. A location that allows the grapes to ripen slowly and for a long time, giving them their unique quality. The soil properties that were already known to the settlers during the Talmudic period coined its name – Aphsim in Aramaic an area whose fruits ripen late.
