The Volcanic Chardonnay is a dry white wine produced purely from Chardonnay grapes, which went through a slow and cold fermentation process. The wine was aged inside French finest oak barrels over a period of 5 months.
Light golden in color, with an aromatic nose and light wood influences, the wine’s flavor reveals pineapple, ripe melon fruits, and citrus.
The use of selected grapes combined with aging in the finest oak barrels gives this fresh, crisp wine a nice long finish.
Goes particularly well with grilled meats, hamburgers, steak and roast chicken.
