Sugat Red Rice 1KG

Rich in vitamins (mainly from group B), dietary fiber, protein, calcium and iron and has a particularly high content of antioxidants. It is easy to digest and is considered to help reduce blood sugar and cholesterol levels. It should be included in the diet – a cup of cooked red rice contains only about 200 calories.

Instructions:
Heat a tablespoon of oil and add 1 cup of Sugat red rice. Fry while stirring for about 2 minutes (if you do not want to fry, you can add the oil to the pot with the water). Add salt, pepper and spices to taste. Pour in 1/4 2 cups water, stir once and bring to a boil. Cover, lower the heat and cook for about 35-45 minutes. Remove from the heat and leave covered for another 5 minutes before serving.
