Cleopatra, from the Alexander the Great series, is a fine white wine made from 100% Chardonnay grapes, grown in a vineyard located in the village of Kerem Ben Zimra. A small and meticulous vineyard that yields only 600 kg per dunam.
The wine has a well-developed and characteristic aroma of pineapple scented with touches of apple and pear, the taste continues the aroma in a celebration of rich tropical fruits, wrapped in delicate vandalism and hints of marzipan and a mention of fresh and fine French brioche. This Chardonnay wine can be enjoyed over the years.
The wine matured for 18 months, in new and old barrels.
Recommended serving temperature 8-10 degrees.
