Lisa Chardonnay, from the parent series, is a white wine based on the purity of Chardonnay grapes from a 27-year-old vineyard, located in Kerem Ben-Zimra in the Upper Galilee.
A low grape yield, a strict water regime and a vineyard dedicated to its work, give the wine a perfect combination of aroma and taste. A wide, long and delightful wine, combined with subtle acidity and ripe and delicious fruit flavors.
The wine aging process is done in French wooden barrels from Burgundy for 8 months.
Recommended serving temperature 8-10 degrees.
