The Rosa Roja wine, from the Alexander Reserve series, is made from GSM grapes grown in the vineyards of Kerem Ben Zimra.
Rosa Alexander is characterized by low alcohol (13%) and a unique combination of fresh and high natural acidity, the result of vintage dates, along with a broad solid and caressing body, the result of soaking the glazes, fermentation in partial wood (25%) and sedimentation. Its fragrances are more fruity and spicy than floral and are powerful and persistent. Its color is also deep, as a result of the soaking process.
Recommended serving temperature 8-10 degrees.
