Rechasim Dishon Rosa Series 2019
Made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. The vineyard is located on a level in the Dishon area in the Upper Galilee at an altitude of 520 m. Terra rosa soil, few stones, well drained and completely flat
The wine remained on the grape skins for only a few two hours, and was immediately transferred to the fermentation tanks. This short time was enough to create the flushed and familiar pink color.
The wine is fermented with the help of aromatic yeasts in order to preserve the fruity nature of the grapes. All of these contributed to the creation of a fruity, aromatic and light wine that leaves a taste of more.
Official tasting from the winery:
The color of the wine is light pink. In the nose of the wine reveals aromas of crushed red fruits and red cherries. These are accompanied by citrus touches and tropical character. In the mouth the wine is fresh, with cherry flavors, red raspberries and touches of pear and green apple, with a medium body supported by good acidity and a long and fruity finish.
