Petit Verdot grapes – 10%
Gesto – Blend, from the Alexander Reserve series, is a red wine consisting of a combination of 4 grape varieties that are grown in the sixteen-year-old vineyard, in the Ben-Zimra vineyard and in the village of Shamai-Ein Seter, which is in the Upper Galilee.
Low grape yield, the most stringent growing conditions in the country, agro-advanced technology and a controlled water regime produced the highest quality grapes.
The color of the wine is almost opaque black-purple, it contains touches of black pepper, berries, spices, plums and black cherries. Full body wine, good and complex tannins and a long finish.
The wine was aged in French and American oak barrels for 24 months and cooled in stainless steel tanks.
Recommended serving temperature 16-18 degrees.
