Cabernet Sauvignon, from the Alexander Reserve series, is a red wine based on the purity of Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. From the selected vineyard, the vines from Kfar Shamai grow 690 meters above sea level in Ein Seter on Mount Mitzpe Hayamim in the Upper Galilee. Low grape yield, the best growing conditions in the country and advanced agro-technology, give the grapes quality and uniqueness.
The color of the wine is deep dark red with a burgundy hue. The wine has a rich aroma of ripe berries, wrapped in tobacco and coffee, with a quality chocolate background. The tannins are good and round. The line has a very long finish full of flavors. A very elegant wine, ready to serve, with an aging ability.
The wine stayed for 24 months in French oak barrels (70%), American oak (30%).
Recommended serving temperature 16-18 degrees.
