Description
This deep, complex wine, mature and abundant, has balanced tannins and a rich, round body. Deep, dark ruby-red color with cherry hues. Pronounced core flavors of blackberry fruit, cassis, and blueberry flavors, along with chocolate, vanilla, and coffee. Notes of aged wood combined with balanced acidity lead to a long complex finish.
The wine has a medium body and allows for a non-binding and pleasant drink, but in addition can accompany a variety of dishes from light to fuller.
Tabor Winery is situated in the heart of the fertile Galilee. Their vineyards and winery lay in the foothills of Mt. Tabor. This unique location provides an ideal climate for growing grapes, as well as different soil types. These factors, and their highly skilled and dedicated team, help to make Tabor’s wines special; wines that exhibit the natural grape aromas and flavors. A bottle of Tabor will always enhance your gatherings and special moments. In 2010, high-quality Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grown in the Upper Galilee’s terra rossa soil were harvested. This wine was aged for 12 months in oak barrels.
