The grapes for the Cabernet Sauvignon Special Reserve come from the winery’s vineyard in the Upper Galilee which are characterized by basalt and terra rossa soils. This fine wine, which has been aged in oak barrels for 18 months, is powerful and complex, and will continue to improve under proper ageing conditions.
