Description
The wine displays summery lemon aromas and great freshness. The choice of wood-free aging in quality Chardonnay came from the desire to preserve the high minerality that was discovered in the grapes while still in the vineyard. The northern turn in the vineyard, which is planted in the areas of Moshav Kerem Ben Zimra at an altitude of 810 meters, can meet the full sun in the morning and in the cool evening, both during the day and protects the grapes from the sun’s heat. The dry atmosphere and night temperatures, which are low even in the summer months, ensure the preservation of the minerality and freshness of the fruit.
